The BOMA 360 Performance Program has given us a meaningful way to demonstrate our commitment to our tenants and excellence. Sealy & Company is honored to share that we have earned the BOMA 360 certification for our Lakeview Corporate Drive III property in Edwardsville, IL. Lakeview Corporate Drive III is the third building in our portfolio to achieve the BOMA 360 designation in the last 14 months. This award highlights our firm’s dedicated efforts towards environmental stewardship and social responsibility, consistent with our aim to lessen environmental impacts while boosting financial performance.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program

The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a premier program that evaluates building operations across various critical areas, including energy efficiency, sustainability, life safety, and tenant relations. Achieving this certification for the third time confirms our ongoing excellence and leadership in the commercial real estate market. Unlike other certifications that measure only a building’s energy and sustainability performance, BOMA 360 evaluates much more! Our building has been measured against current industry best practices and achieved third-party verification of excellence in building operations and management, life safety, security, risk management, training and education for building personnel, energy management, environmental/sustainability practices, tenant relations, and community involvement. Only those buildings that satisfy the requirements in all six areas are awarded the designation. We are proud of this significant achievement. It is important to note that well-managed buildings add tremendous value to both owners and tenants. In fact, BOMA 360-designated buildings rank higher in tenant satisfaction than their non-designated counterparts. In a Kingsley Associates study, 74% of tenants in BOMA 360 buildings reported being satisfied with the value they receive for the amount paid.
