Sealy & Company, a fully-integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company and recognized leader in the industrial real estate market, announces the acquisition of a five-building portfolio known as Stadium Industrial Park, a 275,440 square foot industrial park, in Kansas City, Missouri.   The off-market transaction was made for an undisclosed amount.

Stadium Industrial Park includes five buildings located on Enterprise Drive and Stadium Drive near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Interstate 435 in Kansas City.  The portfolio is 100% leased to a well-balanced, diverse tenant roster.  The assets offer optimal functionality with an irreplaceable infill location.  The deal marked Sealy’s seventh industrial acquisition in the Kansas City area since its initial transaction in the market in 2017 and the third deal in the market in the last 12 months.
